How this works:
Step 1: Book
Once you decide on a session, contact Amy to reserve your date. You'll get a booking link with a style survey and a service agreement (all the fine print)- once you sign the contract and pay your deposit, you're all set!
Step 2: Plan
Based on your style survey, Amy will plan the locations and poses, and can help with your outfits, too. Seniors have been known to facetime while they shop! The main thing is- you only need to worry about your clothes- the rest of the planning is taken care of.
Step 3: Photoshoot
A few days before the shoot we check in so you are all set for your session. During the photoshoot, you'll be having fun. The downtown Alpena studio serves as the "homebase" for the shoot for changing, or some snacks.
Step 4: Reveal
At your gallery reveal, you'll see your proof gallery and choose your "keepers." You'll also get to select the papers and styles for your included prints. Then, Amy will do a detail edit on your keeper images and get your prints made. Delivery is usually in 2-3 weeks.
FAQ
How many photos do I get?
Each session includes a different number. After the shoot, you'll choose your favorites from your gallery. Amy will edit those, print them, and put them in a private online gallery for you to enjoy all year.
Can I make my own prints?
Yes! Your images are yours- so you have a full print release to share, print, and display as you like. You will get the (included) 4x6 proof print of each image you keep, too.
Can I add more photos to my session?
Absolutely! If you see the gallery, and decided you want more than the number included in your session, they are $25 (includes a print and full editing).
Can I add more outfits?
Absolutely! Just tell me before the shoot so I make sure to plan time and a location for it. Another outfit adds three more finished images to your package and a fee of $125.
Can I bring friends?
It's your senior pictures, so bring who you like. There is no extra charge for including your favorites in your photoshoot. Seniors often get photos with their family, and friends and pets are always welcome, too.
What if it rains?
If the weather acts up, we just reschedule. I always leave some rain dates open specifically for that. We might also reschedule if it's too humid for your hair, or too hot- but usually we can make it work.
